Responsibilities
- Sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling and personal shopping.
- Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximise revenue generation and improve the customer experience.
- Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a thorough knowledge of the organisation's policies.
- Perform store-level support functions, including stocking, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, and loss prevention services.
- Assist with online orders if a product is not available in the store.

Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales in a fashion, accessories, or retail store is desirable.
- Residence in London city or neighbouring municipalities (essential).
- Availability for part-time work of 12 to 30 hours per week, with rotating shifts, evenings, and weekends.
- Skills: collaboration, teamwork, communication, customer focus, initiative, and innovation.
