Curate the World’s Most Exclusive Luxury Property Portfolio

How would you like to sit at the intersection of high-end real estate, global travel, and cutting-edge tech? We are partner-sourcing for a world-renowned luxury accommodation platform to expand its elite EMEA property portfolio. We need driven, multilingual Sales Development Representatives to identify, connect with, and onboard extraordinary property owners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting high-value property owners using lead databases, market research, and self-sourced channels.
  • Executing high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads against strict luxury standards and ideal customer profiles.
  • Booking high-converting meetings between luxury homeowners and the regional Acquisition Team.
  • Maintaining precise pipeline metrics within Salesforce and sales engagement tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven outbound sales or prospecting experience (preferably in luxury travel, proptech, high-end real estate, or hospitality).
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in one of the following language combinations:
    • Stream 1: English (Required) + Italian (Required) + German (Preferred)
    • Stream 2: English (Required) + French (Required) + Spanish (Required)
  • Mastery of CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement tech (Outreach/ZoomInfo).
  • High cultural intelligence and comfort pitching high-net-worth property owners across EMEA time zones.
