We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join a pioneering team, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding a premier luxury property portfolio. This is your chance to make a significant impact by identifying and engaging with high-end property owners and managers, directly contributing to the growth and exclusivity of a world-renowned brand. Your efforts will not only shape the future of curated luxury travel but also set new standards in accommodation excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the charge in prospecting and researching luxury property listings, utilizing both internal lead tools and independent web research.
  • Strategically enrich lead databases to pinpoint direct contact details for key decision-makers and property owners.
  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls, craft personalized emails, and engage in social outreach across the expansive EMEA region.
  • Rigorously vet prospective properties, ensuring they meet strict tier-1 quality and design standards.
  • Skillfully schedule qualified acquisition meetings, paving the way for regional Market Managers to secure new partnerships.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of robust high-volume outbound prospecting experience in sales development (SDR/BDR), particularly within marketplace supply building or travel technology.
  • C1/C2 Professional Fluency in English, coupled with professional fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, or Spanish.
  • Comfort and proficiency in making 40+ outbound calls daily and adeptly managing pipeline stages within a CRM system.
  • Demonstrated high energy, strong self-motivation, and exceptional client-facing communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in German.
