MULTIMEDIA CONTENT CREATOR (Photo, Video & Social Media)

£24,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience
Permanent | 36.5 hours per week | Doncaster

HELP BUILD ONE OF YORKSHIRE'S FASTEST-GROWING RENEWABLE ENERGY BRANDS

At Home Energy Counsel, we're changing the way homeowners think about renewable energy.

We're looking for an experienced Multimedia Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through compelling video, photography, social media, and digital marketing.

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day behind a desk creating graphics.

One day you could be filming an installation team on site. The next you'll be interviewing a customer, creating a paid advertising campaign, analyzing performance, or producing content seen by thousands of homeowners across the UK.

If you enjoy variety, love creating content, and want your work to make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE CREATING

You'll help produce content across:

  • Social Media Content
  • Short Form Video & Reels
  • Photography
  • Customer Testimonials
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Educational Content
  • Behind the Scenes Content
  • Motion Graphics
  • Internal Marketing Materials

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Filming and editing engaging video content
  • Photographing installations, customers, and company events
  • Creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Presenting confidently to camera when required
  • Planning, building, and managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working with AI creative tools to improve production and workflow
  • Helping shape one of Yorkshire's fastest-growing renewable energy brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
