Job Purpose

Help shape one of the world's leading enterprise technology brands.

At Unily, we're redefining how the world's biggest organisations connect, communicate and move faster. Our platform powers employee experiences for some of the most recognisable brands on the planet, and we're looking for a talented Multimedia Content Creator to help tell that story.

This isn't a production role where you'll spend your days resizing banners. We're looking for someone who loves creating beautiful work across multiple mediums, thrives on variety, and wants the opportunity to have a real impact on a global B2B technology brand.

Whether you recently graduated from a leading design, multimedia or digital creative course or already have a few years' experience, we're far more interested in your portfolio, creativity and potential than the number of years on your CV.

If you're naturally curious, constantly creating, obsessed with great design and excited by the chance to grow quickly, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, embraces new challenges, and is excited by the opportunity to grow quickly, because no two weeks look the same.

What you'll be doing

You'll work as part of Unily's Brand & Communications team, creating compelling visual content across a wide range of channels. Your work could include:

  • Designing digital marketing assets, campaigns and brand collateral
  • Creating engaging motion graphics and short-form video content
  • Editing product videos, customer stories and event highlights
  • Producing social media content for LinkedIn and other channels
  • Designing presentations, ebooks, reports and sales assets
  • Supporting the creative direction of major campaigns and product launches
  • Helping evolve and maintain Unily's visual identity across every touchpoint
  • Collaborating closely with marketers, product marketers, sales and executive stakeholders
  • Exploring new creative formats, AI tools and emerging design trends

Required Skills & Behaviours

We'd love to hear from you if...

  • Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for layout, typography and composition
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail
  • Experience creating digital assets across multiple formats
  • Video editing and motion graphics skills
  • Confidence working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to own projects from concept through to delivery
  • Experience using as many of the following: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Jitter, Riverside, HubSpot
  • Curiosity about how you can use AI to assist your creative process and scale your output

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
