Multimedia Content Editor – Up to £45k – Hybrid (London)
Our client is an award-winning agency looking for a Multimedia Content Editor with a truly brilliant grounding in traditional journalism skills and a genuine appetite for multimedia storytelling. You will be a confident writer, editor, and interviewer who can take ownership of day-to-day digital content while also clipping, editing, and repurposing video and audio for social and other channels. While this is not a specialist video-production role, as an editorial role it will suit those who understand that great stories need to travel across different formats for maximum impact.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in their Central London office, there is 25 days’ holiday (+ bank holidays+ Xmas week), early finish Fridays, healthcare, and a focus on continued professional development amongst other benefits.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a varied content programme, working closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and contributors to deliver high-quality, audience-focused content. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing, editing, and publishing digital content, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Interviewing senior industry professionals and thought leaders.
- Managing content calendars and commissioning external contributors.
- Repurposing webinars, podcasts, and long-form content into short-form video, audio, and social assets.
- Supporting webinar, podcast, and virtual event content production.
- Identifying new content opportunities, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Working collaboratively with commercial, marketing, and project teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
