About the opportunity

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a creative and versatile Multimedia Creative to join their design team in Milton Keynes.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys both photography and videography and wants a varied role where no two days are quite the same.

You’ll be creating engaging visual content across the business, from high-quality product photography and 360° images through to product demonstrations, promotional videos and social media content.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and design teams to bring products to life, helping customers understand the tools and showcasing them in a clear, creative and engaging way.

If you’re someone who enjoys taking an idea from planning and setting up a shoot right through to filming, editing and delivering the finished content, this could be a great next step for you.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will cover a wide range of creative responsibilities, including:

  • Producing high-quality product photography for websites and online marketplaces.
  • Operating and managing an Orbitvu 360° photography system.
  • Capturing detailed product shots, features and close-ups.
  • Planning and organising video content, including shot ideas, scripts and key product features.
  • Setting up studio shoots, including lighting, backgrounds and camera positioning.
  • Filming product demonstrations, promotional content and social media videos.
  • Creating engaging short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Producing clear and informative product demonstrations.
  • Editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Creating motion graphics and enhancing video content using Adobe After Effects.
  • Retouching and optimising images using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Preparing and staging products for photography and filming.
  • Ensuring all content is visually consistent and meets brand standards.
  • Keeping media files organised and easy to manage.
  • Working closely with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and new product launches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
