Multi-Media Designer

Are you a creative who loves actually making the content- filming, editing and turning ideas into eye-catching ads and campaigns?

ScaleX Talent Solutions are working with an innovative consumer brand to recruit a Multimedia Designer to join their growing in-house marketing team.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from brief right through to finished content. You'll work closely with the Creative Lead, creating everything from short-form video and paid social ads to photography, graphics and wider campaign assets.

You'll have plenty of opportunity to experiment with different formats, create content for a recognised consumer brand and see your work go live across real campaigns.

What you'll be doing

  • Filming product, lifestyle and talent-led content in-house
  • Editing short-form video for Meta and social campaigns
  • Turning scripts and creative briefs into finished ads
  • Creating different hooks, edits and versions of content for testing
  • Designing static ads, social posts and carousel content
  • Editing and retouching photography and campaign imagery
  • Creating wider design assets across digital, print, e-commerce and campaigns
  • Using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma and Canva
  • Experimenting with AI creative tools to develop ideas and speed up production
  • Working closely with the Creative Lead to bring campaign ideas to life

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with motion graphics, CGI, UGC content or experiential campaigns would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

Why consider it?

You'll be joining an ambitious business where creative is a major part of how the brand grows.

Rather than sitting in a role producing the same content every week, you'll get exposure to video, paid social, photography, design and bigger creative campaigns, with the freedom to try new ideas and develop your craft.

The role is based in Magherafelt with hybrid working available, although you'll need to be on-site when filming, shooting content or accessing production equipment.

If you're someone who loves taking a creative idea and turning it into something people actually stop and watch, we'd love to hear from you.
