Today Digital

Today Digital powers two of the leading B2B tech media publications in the world, UC Today and CX Today, working alongside global names like Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, AWS, and Salesforce.

Through our DemandStudio platform, we deliver category-defining content combining journalism, demand generation, and marketing solutions for the tech industry. Fast-paced, ambitious, and creative, this is a team that takes quality seriously.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideally suited to someone with a couple of years of industry experience under their belt, who is ready to take on real ownership of work and hit the ground running.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer as well as supporting the design needs of the wider team, contributing to the full visual output of Today Digital and its brand portfolio, from social and digital content through to video production and motion graphics.

This is a fully office-based role for someone equally comfortable behind Premiere Pro as they are in Illustrator, with a genuine passion for design craft and the drive to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
