As a key member of the communications team, you will deliver high-quality photographic and video services that enhance public trust and confidence, aid effective internal communications, and ensure the force is professional in its appearance and output. The postholder will plan, capture, and edit professional still images and video that accurately reflect operational policing and the values of the force as encapsulated within the Pledge.

The role supports the College of Policing’s Authorised Professional Practice by producing professional, lawful, and accurate visual content that promotes transparency, counters misinformation, and strengthens public trust and confidence in policing.

The Multimedia Officer will report to the Head of Digital Communications to provide strategic support to the force by using a variety of photographic equipment and programs to plan, create, and advise on material suitable for projects such as social media campaigns, press releases, training, presentations, and public engagement events that all underpin force priorities and are mindful of public perception.

The post holder will also provide professional portrait photography across the force, including at award ceremonies and other internal events, and ensure all imagery used internally and externally presents Kent Police consistently to the highest professional standard. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
