Can you take a complex piece of engineering and turn it into something anyone can understand in seconds? Do you get satisfaction from making complicated things simple?
We're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to create clear, simple explainer content that our sales, service and customer teams can put straight to work. If you take pride in making assets precise and complex ideas clear, we want to hear from you.
The role
MasterMover is a fast-growing global manufacturer of electric tugs and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and we're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to help translate our products and technology into content that's genuinely easy to understand.
Our solutions are trusted by the biggest manufacturing brands to move a wide range of loads, from car bonnets to rockets and vaccine manufacturing equipment. Recognised with The King's Award for Enterprise - Innovation, we're a true leader in our field, developing advanced technologies that change how heavy loads are moved in factories. We need someone who can take that complexity and make it make simple and easy to understand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
