Multimedia Specialist Ashbourne, Derbyshire | Marketing
Can you take a complex idea and make it effortless to grasp? Does turning a campaign vision into reality bring out your best work?
From storyboard to screen, we're looking for a Multimedia Specialist with deep CGI experience to lead our animation and video editing function. If you're the kind of person who can make a piece of industrial engineering look exciting, we want to hear from you.
The role
MasterMover is a fast-growing global manufacturer of electric tugs and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and we're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to bring our products, technology and brand to life through CGI animation and video.
Our solutions are trusted by the biggest manufacturing brands to move a wide range of loads from car bonnets to rockets and vaccine manufacturing equipment. Recognised with The King's Award for Enterprise - Innovation, we're a true leader in our field; developing advanced technologies that change how loads are moved in factories. We're looking for someone to help us bring our most impressive technologies to life through the medium of animation.
You'll be the person who takes a complex concept and turns it into content that stops people scrolling. From deep-dive explainer videos to trade show visuals and punchy advertising clips, you'll own the creative process end-to-end from concept and production through to delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
