Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Multimodal Transport Operator in Grangemouth!
Responsibilities
As a Multimodal Transport Operator, you will play an integral part to the freight forwarding and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with logistics teams, customers and suppliers
- Completing relevant paperwork and documentation
- Monitoring and addressing delays/issues
- Completing all work to relevant requirements set out by SOPs, compliance procedures and customer expectations
- General administration and office duties

The Ideal Multimodal Transport Operator Will Have
- Previous experience in a freight forwarding/transport administration role, and knowledge of customs compliance
- Previous experience using CargoWise
- Strong IT and administration skills
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- An organised nature with the ability to multi-task
- The ability to work well in a team or as an individual
