Working closely with Producing Underwriters, brokers, international offices and key internal stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring multinational programmes are managed efficiently, remain compliant with local regulations, and are delivered successfully throughout the policy lifecycle.

About QBE

At QBE, we get to the heart of what matters for our customers. And we do it all with a human touch.

We’re an international insurer with more than 13,000 people working across 26 countries – which means we’re big enough for your ambitions, yet small enough for you to make a real impact. It’s an exciting time. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.

What if you could have a positive impact – at work and in the world? As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.

Your New Role:

  • Partner closely with Producing Office Underwriters to ensure programmes are delivered compliantly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate programme information with brokers, global underwriters, local offices and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage new business, renewal and mid-term adjustment documentation to support programme delivery.
  • Produce proposal assessments, including local servicing costs, taxes and other key underwriting considerations.
  • Issue accurate servicing instructions to local offices and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
  • Manage local payments, premium collections and support effective cash management processes.
  • Monitor programme performance through reporting and tracking tools, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems, ensuring high standards of data quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the multinational lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
