About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an approachable and caring Multiple Classroom Teacher's to join the supportive team at Holy Family CPS, Kelso. The teacher in a Catholic school is someone who can encourage development and nurture the personal, spiritual and educational growth of each and every student.
We are seeking a Teacher who understands and commits to supporting the mission and ethos of Catholic education within the school by:
- Creating a learner-centred, supportive, and cooperative learning environment aligned with curriculum policies.
- Developing and implementing quality curriculum programs using effective teaching methods; assess and report student progress.
- Using inclusive teaching strategies and adapt practices for equitable education.
- Analysing student assessment data to identify learning barriers and encourage improvement.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance student outcomes.
- Collaborating with school leadership, staff, and contribute to school life.
- Providing student supervision and assist in organising extracurricular activities.

About You
We are looking for someone who can address the following selection criteria:
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and accreditation to teach in NSW.
- Capacity to monitor and assess student learning data and to use this data to inform teaching for improved student learning.
- Demonstrate a commitment and capacity to actively contribute to a broad range of school activities and a capacity to reflect on, evaluate and improve professional knowledge and practice in a professional learning team.
- The desire to engage with and contribute to a Catholic learning organisation.
- The ability to develop positive relationships in the classroom based on mutual respect, patience and understanding.
- Up to date knowledge of NESA and Australian Curriculum requirements for all stages in your KLA area.
