Cleaning Operatives Required at Raynesway and Derby Sites
JLL is currently recruiting for multiple Cleaning Operatives to join our team at our Raynesway and Derby sites, located at one of our most prestigious client facilities in the region.
We have various cleaning operative positions available, offering Monday through Friday schedules with both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (20 hours) opportunities, accompanied by competitive compensation packages.

Specifically, there are part-time roles available for a Team Leader and cleaner from 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM at our LDC site in Derby.
Role Responsibilities
These positions involve executing comprehensive cleaning responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Maintenance of restroom facilities
- Office spaces
- Waste management
- Floor care
- Reception areas
- Stairwells
Certain responsibilities will require operation of specialized floor cleaning equipment, including both pedestrian and ride-on scrubber dryers.

Requirements
Previous experience is useful, however, training will be provided.
