In partnership with London/UK firms, we have briefs on a number of exciting international opportunities for junior and mid-senior lawyers looking to gain exceptional career progression and opportunities overseas. The roles will suit applicants with at least two years post qualification experience in Australia within a national or international firm. Due to market conditions, we require applicants to have current top 10 Band one firm experience in any of the below practice groups.

- Elite US firm looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join them in London. Amazing opportunity to join a growing team working across corporate real estate JVs, acquisitions, disposals, M&A transactions with real estate components. If you have AUS 4 to 7 years transactional experience gained from a top tier firm we would love to hear from you!
- Global firm looking for a Structured Finance Lawyer to join its leading team in London. You will work across a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border structured finance matters. Opportunity to work for a range of clients including financial institutions, asset managers across transaction structuring, execution and related regulatory considerations. This role will suit candidates with AUS 5 to 8 years structured finance experience gained from a top tier or specialist firm.
- Global law firm looking for a Private Equity superstar to join its thriving London office. The firm run a European hub with offices in London, Paris and Dublin and this is your chance to join a truly global firm working across public and private M&A, IPOs, domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate reorganisations etc. If you have gained AUS 5 to 7 years of top quality private equity experience we would love to hear from you.
- International firm looking for a Funds Lawyer to join its busy team in London. This role will suit lawyers with AUS 3 to 8 years experience across a range of fund related matters. The market leading team advises banks, hedge fund managers, private equity funds, real estate funds and investment fund managers.
- Elite US firm looking for Leveraged Finance Associate from AUS 2 to 8 years PQE to join its London office. You will advise private equity and corporate clients on multiple-billion dollar and syndicated credit facilities. Impressive salaries - dare to dream!
