During your time with us, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge of software engineering, testing, and debugging. You'll also develop durable skills such as problem-solving, learning agility, communication and collaboration, and ownership and independence.

Note: MathWorks summer internships are based in the Cambridge office and are for a three or four-month period starting in July or June respectively.

This internship will prepare you for a career at MathWorks starting in our Engineering Development Group (EDG).

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's level degree.

Additional Qualifications

  • Pursuing a MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM subject, and be enrolled in education at the time of the internship
  • Experience applying programming concepts to solve engineering problems using tools such as MATLAB, Python, C++, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Passion for learning new technologies
