3D Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing hotel business in Derry for a number of exciting opportunities across Administration, Finance, Sales and Operations.
These positions offer the chance to join a professional team within a fast-paced hospitality environment where exceptional customer service, teamwork and attention to detail are highly valued.
Current Opportunities
Front Office Manager
Take ownership of the front-of-house operation, leading the reception team and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from arrival through to departure.
Accounts Assistant
Support the finance department with sales ledger administration, credit control, reconciliations, invoicing and general accounts administration.

Sales Administrator
Play a key role in coordinating events, managing bookings and enquiries, preparing contracts and supporting the commercial success of the business.
Administrative Assistant
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, coordinating meetings, diaries, communications and operational projects.
We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience relevant to the position applied for
- A proactive and professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential for all roles
