I'm partnering with a rapidly scaling technology company that's building an innovative software platform used by customers across multiple international markets.
Following significant growth, they're hiring several Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a high-performing product engineering team. If you enjoy building exceptional user experiences, working across the full stack, and solving challenging technical problems in a collaborative environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.
📍 Hybrid – London (4 days per week in the office) 💷 £100,000–£110,000 Base + Equity

You'll join a product-focused engineering team responsible for building and evolving key areas of a modern software platform.
You'll work on: 🌳 Customer-facing web and mobile applications 🌳 Scalable frontend and backend services 🌳 Modern user experiences 🌳 AI-enabled product capabilities 🌳 Performance, reliability and platform improvements 🌳 Features that directly impact customers and business growth

🌳 What You'll Do
You'll own features from concept through production, working closely with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities include: 🌳 Building applications using React, React Native, Node.js and TypeScript 🌳 Developing end-to-end product features 🌳 Designing scalable full stack solutions 🌳 Collaborating on technical architecture and engineering best practices 🌳 Working closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems 🌳 Mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture 🌳 Shipping high-quality software in a fast-moving environment

🌱 We're Looking For
You'll likely have: 🌳 Strong commercial experience with React and exposure to React Native 🌳 Full stack development experience using Node.js and TypeScript 🌳 Experience building scalable, customer-facing products 🌳 A product mindset with a focus on delivering customer value 🌳 Experience working in modern product engineering environments 🌳 Startup or scale-up experience with a high level of ownership 🌳 Strong communication and collaboration skills 🌳 Curiosity around AI and modern software engineering
