Our Programme

While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development programme with on-the-job rotations and structured learning designed to build your technical and behavioural skills. In the process, you'll enjoy a dynamic working environment where no two days are ever the same.

Through targeted rotations, you will progressively achieve core competencies across key technical areas such as Commercial, Design, Site Supervision, Health & Safety, Planning, Building Services & Package Management, and given access to some of our best and most experienced people in the industry.

With operations around the world, at completion of the program we are also able to offer mobility opportunities internationally.

The starting date for our programme is September 2027.

We are looking for Graduates who are ready to outperform, who challenge themselves and others to do more or better to fulfil potential and achieve our purpose to construct a better future.

If this sounds like you, and you have studied a degree in Construction Management/Building, Engineering, Quantity Surveying/Cost Planning, Architecture/Design or another related degree, we would love to hear from you!

The Multiplex graduate application process is an exciting opportunity to showcase your strengths across four key stages. It kicks off with a simple application (CV and short form), followed by an online assessment designed to challenge your problem-solving skills. Next is a video interview, and if successful, you'll be invited to a dynamic and exciting assessment centre where you'll collaborate on real-world scenarios, meet our team, and gain valuable insight into what it's like to build your career with Multiplex.
