Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. This position involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while managing a team of cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cleaning operations across various locations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules.
- Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and order as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Address any client concerns and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary
40000 - 45000 GBP Per annum
