The Role
We're partnering with a prestigious hospitality group to recruit an experienced Multisite Reception and Reservations Manager to oversee front-of-house guest experience across multiple venues. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and developing high-performing reception and reservations teams.
Reporting into senior operations, you'll lead the guest journey across several sites, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You'll oversee reception and reservations operations, manage guest flow across multiple platforms, and drive consistency in service delivery while mentoring and developing your teams. This is not a traditional Monday-Friday position. The role requires flexibility to work across different sites and meal periods according to business needs, including evenings and weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead reception and reservations operations across multiple venues.
- Manage and develop Reception Managers, Supervisors, Hosts, and Reservations teams.
- Ensure seamless guest flow across all booking and communication platforms.
- Drive outstanding guest experience and maintain brand standards at every touchpoint.
- Coach, motivate, and performance-manage front-of-house teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and operational leaders to ensure smooth daily service.
- Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, reservations performance, and service quality, implementing improvements where needed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning across multiple sites.
- Be visible on the floor, leading by example and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.

About You
- Proven experience managing reception and/or reservations across multiple hospitality venues or within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant group.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent understanding of luxury guest experience and service standards.
- Commercially aware, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Flexible approach to working hours, with availability to support evenings and weekends as business requires.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
