Salary: Up to £33,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Tidworth/Bulford

Your Role
- Undertake new, reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks across the garrison, including painting and decorating, basic plumbing, basic carpentry and general maintenance duties.
- Support skilled trades colleagues in delivering reactive repairs and building works, including the safe operation of mechanical height access equipment.
- Respond to maintenance tasking as directed and manage workloads effectively with minimal supervision.
- Maintain high standards of productivity, workmanship and health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Accurately record completed maintenance activities using company systems and documentation.
- Supervise subcontractors where required and work collaboratively to deliver an efficient service to customers and stakeholders.
- Act as an accompanying safety person for two-person tasks and undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Full UK driving licence, C&G 6217 Multi-skills qualification (or equivalent), diverse BC&E experience, and eligibility for MoD Security Clearance.
- Experience: Proven experience as a multi-trade engineer with industrial, commercial and domestic building services knowledge. Strong understanding of safe systems of work and working across multiple maintenance disciplines.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, plan and complete jobs from drawings and specifications, supervise others when required, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication and customer focus with a flexible can-do approach.
