Essential duties & responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and PPM works.
- Attending Gas/Air Con/Electrical works repairs and PPM.
- Working part of a mobile team in the North of Scotland.
Knowledge & Understanding
- Minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with CAFM system.
- Experience in dealing with customers front facing.
- Experience in submitting quotes and ordering materials.
- Strong background in gas, electrical and air con.

Qualifications
- Recognised apprenticeship.
- 18th Edition.
- FGAS qualification.
- Commercial or domestic gas qualification.
- Unvented Hot Water (desired).
