About the Role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Mirfield, you'll play a key role in keeping machinery running smoothly within a busy industrial and manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and fixing electrical issues.

Duties
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Performing routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Collaborating with the team to minimise downtime and improve performance.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and any required updates.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Providing timely updates and feedback to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

Profile
The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Job Offer
- Salary of £48,000-£55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Work pattern of 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off.
- Permanent position within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
