£50,000 + Bonus
A leading manufacturer based near Southall is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team following an internal promotion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-invested site offering long-term stability, modern production equipment, and genuine career progression.
Working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive breakdown repairs
- Continuous improvement activities
- Supporting production performance and machine reliability
- Maintaining health and safety standards across the site
You'll be working on equipment including flow wrappers, weighers, tray sealers, and cartoners.
About You
- Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or automated production environments
- Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proactive approach with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
