Multiskilled Operative
Location: Campsfield IRC, Oxford, OX5 1RE
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: £31k
40-hour week
We are looking for a dependable and flexible FM Soft Services Operator to join our facilities team at Campsfield IRC. This role plays a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support deliveries and goods inwards, ensuring accurate receipt and handling of items
- Assist with stores management, including stock control and inventory tracking
- Drive company vehicles as required for collections and deliveries
- Carry out portage duties, including movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture
- Set up rooms for meetings, training sessions, and operational needs
- Provide general FM support across the site, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and hands-on person
- Good at talking to people and working as part of a team
- Strong organisational and manual handling skills
- Willing to learn and help where needed
- Comfortable with physical, practical work
- Basic IT skills for inventory and reporting tasks
