Summary
DXC Luxoft is seeking a senior Murex Transformation and Delivery Leader to lead a strategic, multi-phase implementation of Murex for commodities and financial carbon hedging.
The project aims to implement Murex as the strategic derivatives trading platform for Aluminium derivatives, Alumina derivatives and EUA futures used for financial carbon hedging. The program follows a two-phase delivery approach.
During Phase 1, Murex will be deployed as the Front Office trading, pricing, valuation, and position management platform while CTTS remains the system of record.
Phase 2 will establish the target-state operating model, making Murex the system of record and implementing downstream integrations with SAP, Quantum, FX Manager, EDMS, and enterprise reporting platforms.
The implementation includes:
- Murex platform deployment and configuration
- Commodity derivative product setup
- Market data integration with ZEMA
- Trade execution integration with Broadridge
- Transitional CTTS integration
- Data migration and reconciliation
- Front Office go-live support
- Phase 2 accounting and operational rollout
- Enterprise integration architecture delivery
- System, integration, UAT, and performance testing
- Production deployment and hypercare support
Work model
Remote work with business trips to Switzerland (at least 2 times per month)
Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture Leadership
- Own the overall solution architecture for the DXC Murex implementation scope
- Contribute on defining the target-state architecture covering Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Reporting, Data Management, and Enterprise Integrations.
- Ensure solution alignment with the client's enterprise architecture standards.
- Establish architecture principles, design governance, and technical standards.
- Review and approve design decisions across all delivery streams.
- Serve as the primary architectural counterpart for the client's Enterprise Architecture, Murex Product Teams, and Integration Vendors.

2. Executive Leadership
- Own overall delivery accountability for the DXC Murex implementation
- Act as the primary DXC contact between the client's Murex, other integration vendors, and internal delivery teams.
- Support SteerCo governance and executive reporting.
- Support commercial, contractual, scope, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure alignment of Phase 1 and optional Phase 2 delivery objectives.
3. Programme Management
- Support delivery governance, RAID management, and executive escalation processes.
- Support planning, budgeting, staffing, and resource mobilization.
- Drive successful completion of DXC design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure project delivery meets regulatory, operational, and performance requirements.
- Maintain accountability for DXC deliveries and acceptance criteria.
4. Stakeholder Management

- Manage senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Coordinate with Murex product teams and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate decision-making related to integration, architecture, and operating model design.
- Contribute to executive communications regarding delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
5. Risk & Quality Management
- Ensure successful implementation of critical integrations including CTTS, Broadridge, ZEMA, SAP, and Quantum.
- Oversee migration and reconciliation strategy.
- Ensure operational readiness and production support models are established.
- Drive issue resolution and delivery quality assurance across all workstreams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Capital Markets, Treasury, or Commodities technology delivery experience.
- 10+ years managing large-scale Murex transformation programs.
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
- Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar trading platform implementations.
- Experience delivering commodity trading and risk management solutions.
- Strong understanding of Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Finance functions.
- Experience leading global teams across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
- Experience running SteerCos and executive governance forums.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
