Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity:

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Murex Product Lead to join our Treasury Product Squad within the wider Technology and Product function. With our SaaS Murex platform now established, this role focuses on ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with the needs of the Treasury business. You'll combine your Murex expertise, Treasury knowledge and Business Analysis skills to translate business needs into effective solutions, influence platform direction and drive continuous improvement.

What will your day look like?

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to shape solutions, challenge requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including test scenario preparation, UAT support, defect management and issue resolution.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and ensure changes are appropriately governed, controlled and documented.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology, helping to maximise the value delivered by the Murex platform.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to drive successful delivery outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
