Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity:

The Murex Product Lead plays a key role within the Finance & Treasury Product Squad, supporting the day-to-day operation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Murex platform. Working closely with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams, you’ll help ensure Murex continues to meet business needs and delivers value to users.

Treasury is at the heart of Aldermore, and this is your opportunity to join us in a key role where you’ll have the autonomy to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, building a deep understanding of how our treasury teams use the system, and the external Murex development team. In this unique role, you’ll provide ‘front to back’ support, leveraging your previous experience of Murex to act as the conduit between our treasury teams and the provider.

What will your day look like?

  • Provide day-to-day support to Treasury users of the Murex platform, resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring the system meets business needs.
  • Partner with Treasury and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
  • Support the delivery of system enhancements and change initiatives, including analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities, including test scenario preparation, UAT support, defect management, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain system documentation and configuration, ensuring changes are appropriately governed, controlled, and documented.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology, driving continuous improvement of the Murex platform, processes, reporting, and user experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
