About Sync-Audio
Sync-Audio is a curated music licensing platform built to connect high-quality unsigned and independent artists with commercial opportunities across film, television, advertising, gaming, digital media, and other creative industries.
Our mission is to help independent artists diversify their revenue by making their music available for licensing and sync opportunities, while offering commercial buyers access to authentic, culturally relevant music from real artists.
We are now looking for a Catalogue Development Manager to help grow and strengthen the Sync-Audio catalogue by identifying, attracting, reviewing, and onboarding high-quality independent music with strong licensing potential.
The Role
The Catalogue Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the Sync-Audio music library in a strategic and curated way.
This role combines elements of artist outreach, A&R, music curation, catalogue growth, and rights/metadata awareness. The focus is not simply to add more tracks, but to help build a commercially useful catalogue that can support licensing opportunities across film, TV, advertising, gaming, digital content, and brand campaigns.
This is an ideal role for someone who has strong music taste, understands independent artists, is commercially aware, and can help build a catalogue that stands out from traditional stock music libraries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
