Campaign Manager / Day-to-Day Manager – Music
Location: West London, UK
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £45,000 per year
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and highly regarded creative artist management company with an impressive roster of global artists and creators.
Working across a small number of artists, this is a highly varied role combining campaign management and day-to-day artist management. You will work closely with artists, managers, labels, digital agencies, production teams, PR, publishers, live partners, and a wider network of specialist teams to bring campaigns and projects to life.
Over the past decade, the company has produced ground-breaking and award-winning campaigns and has grown into a highly collaborative team spanning campaign management, audience and fan insights, creative production, business affairs, finance, and sync.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for music and digital marketing. You will be comfortable working at pace, managing multiple moving parts, and taking ownership of projects from strategy through to execution.
Responsibilities
- Artist Campaigns
- Develop and execute social media strategies around releases, live shows, content, and merchandise.
- Drive social media campaigns from the artist management side, working closely with social media agencies.
- Stay up to date with the social media landscape and contribute creative ideas for digital marketing.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets in collaboration with the artist, managers, and production teams.
- Act as the central point of contact between management, the artist, label, and content creation teams.
- Track marketing budgets and costs, liaising with management and accounting teams to ensure invoices are processed.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners, overseeing budgets and negotiating with partners where required.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with labels, distributors, digital agencies, publishers, live agents, promoters, and other campaign partners.
- Keep relevant teams updated throughout campaigns and ensure everyone remains aligned.
- Coordinate press and promotional activity, collating requests and liaising with PR agencies.

- Day-to-Day Artist Management
- Plan and coordinate recording sessions and manage recording budgets alongside the manager.
- Maintain regular communication with the artist regarding activities, plans, and upcoming commitments.
- Create and manage day sheets where required.
- Plan, manage, and maintain the artist's professional diary and workflow.
- Coordinate promotional activities and professional commitments.
- Coordinate meetings and step in for the manager to lead meetings when required.
- Travel with the artist when required.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be passionate about music, digital marketing, and the creative industries, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. You will be meticulous, highly organised, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A creative approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across a broad network will be essential.

Essential Experience
- At least 3 years' experience working in a music environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for music and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong collaborative and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
- Experience creating presentations using Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint.
Desirable Experience
- Experience using Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software.
- Previous experience in artist management, campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role within the music industry.
- Experience working with labels, agencies, publishers, promoters, or other music industry partners.
