Tune Soul Ocean (TSO), operated by Global Talent Hire Ltd, is a digital music distribution platform that delivers songs to more than 150 stores, including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube Music, and Amazon. TSO enables artists to retain 100% of their rights while earning 70% monthly royalties, supporting sustainable music careers. The platform focuses on empowering music professionals by simplifying global distribution and maximizing reach. Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid Music Professional role based in England, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Music Professional will collaborate with artists and internal teams to support music creation, production, and distribution across TSO’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Performing or recording music
- Assisting with music production projects
- Advising on arrangement, composition, or sound quality
- Contributing to educational content
- Mentoring emerging artists
- Providing insight into industry best practices
The Music Professional will help ensure that music released through TSO meets high artistic and technical standards while aligning with platform guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Music Performance and general Music practice
- Proficiency in Music Production, including recording, editing, and sound design
- Experience in Music Education, mentoring, or coaching artists
- Understanding of the Music Industry, including digital distribution and royalties
- Ability to collaborate with diverse creative teams and work independently in a hybrid environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
- Previous experience working with digital music platforms or labels is beneficial
- Relevant education or professional training in music or a related field is an advantage
