Company Description

Plug & Play is an after-school/weekend music program, which will launch in Haringey, North London, in January 2027. The program offers students private music lessons and placement in a band, emphasizing fun, learning, and time with other kids. Students develop their skills by learning rock and pop songs, rehearsing in groups, and performing a concert with the band.

Role Description

The Program Coordinator will assist Plug & Play's directors with launching and running the program. In the months leading up to launch, the coordinator will help with marketing, planning and anything else needed to prepare for launch. Once the program launches, the coordinator will be the "on the ground" person, coordinating with teachers, parents, and students to ensure that lessons and band rehearsals run smoothly. The program will run in two locations, mainly at Alexandra Park School, but with some lessons at Jacksons Lane in Highgate. Right now, this is a part-time position, but the hope is that the role will grow as the program grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
