Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: 64 – 68 GBP /hour Via PAYE inside IR35

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Music Publishing Partnerships Manager to join a global technology company’s EMEA music partnerships team. This role sits at the intersection of music publishing, digital technology and rights management, with responsibility for managing relationships with music publishers, collection societies and other industry stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage music publishing partnerships across EMEA.
  • Act as a key point of contact for publishers and rights organizations.
  • Triage and resolve partner, rights and data-related issues.
  • Coordinate data and information exchange between partners and internal teams.
  • Support digital music licensing, publishing rights and royalty-related activities.
  • Conduct data-driven business reviews and provide insights into the music publishing ecosystem.
  • Support partner events and marketing programmers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in music publishing, rights management or collective management organizations.
  • Strong understanding of music publishing rights and digital music licensing.
  • Experience working with digital music platforms.
  • Strong senior stakeholder and partnership management experience.
  • Comfortable working with data and cross-functional teams
