🎵 Hiring: EMEA Music Publishing Partnerships Manager | 6-Month Contract
I’m recruiting for a leading global technology company seeking an experienced music publishing specialist to manage partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

đź’° Pay rate: ÂŁ61.54 per hour + holiday pay

This role sits at the intersection of music publishing and digital platforms. You’ll work with publishers, collection societies and rights hubs to strengthen partnerships, resolve operational issues and support the accurate exchange of music rights and usage data.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with music publishing partners across EMEA
- Working with internal teams to resolve partner queries and meet contractual commitments
- Reviewing music usage data and helping improve the information exchanged for rights identification and payment
- Providing insight into publishing trends, partner needs and digital licensing issues
- Supporting partner reviews, events and marketing programmes
What we’re looking for:
✅ Around 10+ years’ relevant experience in music publishing or collective rights management
âś… Strong understanding of publishing rights, digital music licensing and rights data
âś… Experience working with publishers, collection societies or digital music platforms
âś… Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and using data to inform decisions
