Music School Brand Representative - London

Description

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £31,000 per annum with the potential to progress up to £36,000 per annum + up to £3,000 commission

Holiday: 12 weeks paid holiday a year

Location: This is a field-based role requiring regular travel. You must be based in London and be willing to travel up to two hours each way from your home address on a daily basis.

Fuel: Fuel card included in addition to salary (UK/EU Driving Licence and own transport is an essential requirement for the role)

The Role

  • Deliver engaging, high-energy assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK
  • Excite and inspire children aged 4-11 to want to learn an instrument in a rock band
  • Perform daily in front of the most energised and captivating audience in the world – children!
  • Build lasting relationships with school staff
  • Ensure a smooth experience for new schools starting our lessons

Skills and Experience

  • To be a multi-instrumentalist - skilled on at least 3 of: drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with both children and adults
  • To be dynamic, confident and approachable
  • To thrive on performing and public speaking
  • Enjoy travelling and working independently
  • A full UK/EU driving licence and own transport
  • Sales experience. This is preferred, but not a requirement as training will be provided

As this role involves regular work with children and young people, and meets the definition of regulated activity, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
