About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Tutor to support the delivery and development of RHACC's music provision. The role will include teaching Music for Wellbeing courses, supporting older learners, and delivering engaging music sessions that promote creativity, confidence, and participation. The successful candidate may also be required to teach across a range of music subjects including keyboard, guitar, vocal studies, jazz, and ensemble performance, as well as contribute to new curriculum development and occasional staff cover.


About You

You will be an experienced and adaptable music educator with strong practical musicianship and the ability to work across a variety of musical styles and settings. You will have experience of teaching diverse adult learners and be passionate about making music accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for all.

A background in community music, music for wellbeing, ensemble leadership, or adult education would be highly desirable. You will be a confident communicator, able to inspire learners of all abilities and contribute positively to the continued growth of the Music Department.
