Your mission
LOCATION
Based in Italy (frequent travel is required). Home office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our footprint in the Italian market. You will work at the intersection of strategy, customers, and technology, helping industrial customers improve efficiency through automation and machine vision solutions.
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term MV sales strategies for Italy to drive sustainable business growth.
- Identify, develop, and manage key customers and partners, proactively exploring business opportunities and promoting the value of the company’s products and solutions.
- Define and implement account development plans, including regular customer visits, coordination of product, technical, and business enablement activities, and alignment of mutual business objectives to ensure long-term, win-win partnerships.
- Act as the primary owner of customer relationships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to resolve commercial, technical, and operational issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage daily sales activities, track business data, and conduct regular performance reviews to identify gaps, optimize execution, and continuously refine sales strategies.
- Lead and support regional sales teams where applicable, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-oriented sales culture across Italy.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or Marketing are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Machine Vision industry or automation industry, with proven experience in sales field.
- Solid understanding of machine vision systems, including cameras, lenses, lighting, frame grabbers, and vision software/algorithms.
- Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or equipment manufacturers in industries such as 3C electronics, semiconductors, automotive, packaging, or intralogistics is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a results-driven and ownership-oriented approach; high integrity, accountability, and teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to summarize, structure, and present business insights clearly.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
