Role Description
The MyMaximus College UK Country Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, responsible for leading and expanding MyMaximus’s presence in the UK college market. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing and executing country-level strategies
- Building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, and key stakeholders
- Overseeing partnership implementation and performance
- Coordinating with internal teams on marketing, operations, and program delivery
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments
- Providing regular reporting on growth, risks, and opportunities

- Managing local budgets and resources

- Ensuring that all activities align with the organization’s quality, compliance, and inclusivity standards
Qualifications
- Experience in education management, higher education partnerships, or academic program development within the UK context.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coordination, stakeholder management, and decision-making in complex environments.
- Strong business development and relationship-building abilities, with experience negotiating and managing institutional agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior institutional leaders and external partners.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of the UK college and higher education landscape, including relevant policies, funding structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, online communication platforms) and comfort with data-driven reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London, travel within the UK as needed, and collaborate effectively with international teams.
