Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
A NADRA Card Consultant is responsible for assisting individuals in obtaining NADRA cards and providing support in various related services. This role involves the following key responsibilities:
- Client Assistance: Guide clients through the NADRA card application process, ensuring they have the necessary documents and information.
- Application Processing: Prepare and submit NADRA card applications, making sure all required documents and forms are complete and accurate.
- Documentation Verification: Verify the authenticity of client documents and ensure compliance with NADRA’s regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to NADRA cards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications submitted.
- Compliance: Stay updated on NADRA rules and regulations to ensure all applications adhere to legal requirements.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive data.

NADRA Card Consultant General Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of NADRA card procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency. (MS Office)
- Organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Applicant should have GDPR knowledge.
- Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
- A candidate with previous Nadra knowledge will be more desirable.
