Pubs, Groups & Brewers | UK | Flexible Location

We're working with an exciting and highly respected drinks business that's looking to add a National Account Manager to its UK On Trade team.

This role is all about building strong partnerships with some of the UK's leading pub groups, managed operators and brewers, helping to grow distribution, unlock new opportunities and drive long-term commercial success.

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of national customers across pubs, pub groups and brewers.
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
  • P&L management.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering mutually beneficial business plans.
  • Identifying and winning new opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure brilliant execution in market.
  • Using data and insight to spot opportunities and drive performance.
  • Keeping a close eye on industry trends and competitor activity.

Profile

  • Experience managing national accounts within the On Trade channel.
  • A strong understanding of the UK pub and brewing landscape.
  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing key customer relationships.
  • Commercially minded, confident in negotiations and comfortable working with data.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
  • Drinks industry experience

Job Offer

  • Salary between £50,000 and £57,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • £6,000 car allowance.
  • 30% performance-based bonus.
