Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role based in Cranfield. The Nanny will provide attentive, age-appropriate care for children, including supervision during daily routines, play, and educational activities.
Responsibilities
- Planning and engaging in stimulating activities
- Supporting early learning
- Assisting with meals and light cooking for the children
- Maintaining a clean and safe play environment
- Following established family guidelines
- Ensuring consistent routines
- Communicating clearly with parents or guardians about the children’s well-being and development

Qualifications
- Strong childcare experience, including babysitting and working with children in a home or structured setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and the ability to support age-appropriate learning and social skills.
- Ability to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for children, with basic cooking skills and attention to dietary needs.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills when interacting with children and guardians.
- Proven reliability, organization, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
- Relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR and previous experience as a nanny or in childcare are highly beneficial.
- Willingness to follow family routines and guidelines, and to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
