Overview

We’re looking for an organised and proactive National Account Administrator to support our UK Account Managers in delivering excellent service to key client accounts. Based at our offices in Whetstone, Leicester, you’ll play a central role in managing orders, coordinating supply chain activity, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

National Account Administrator - Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders end-to-end
  • Support the Account Manager with day-to-day account activities
  • Provide data and reporting to support account performance
  • Coordinate supply chain timelines and sample requests
  • Act as a key contact for customer queries and buying teams
  • Prepare materials and samples for meetings and maintain account portals
  • Monitor critical paths, flagging risks or delays
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order placement and updates

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar sales administration / coordinator role
  • Previous experience supporting National Accounts desirable
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Confident working with data, reports, and multiple systems (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
  • Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
