Fancy cutting your teeth on one of the most recognisable drinks brands on the planet?
We're hiring on behalf of a global drinks giant, the kind of name you'd recognise instantly. A genuine category creator that people are actually proud to have on their CV.
Why should you care?
This is a National Account Executive role for Co-op and that's the bit that makes it special. You're not just updating someone else's spreadsheets and hoping for a look-in. You get real ownership across the independent Co-op Societies group: your own contact matrix, your own P&L, and proper exposure to the wider Regional Account Executive team. For anyone building a grocery career, that breadth is gold dust. Not many NAE roles hand you this much room to genuinely run something of your own.
You'll be side by side with the Business Unit Controller and National Account Manager, chasing volume, share, profit and revenue targets and getting stuck in with the wider national account, supply chain, finance, customer marketing and category teams along the way.
What you'll actually be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Owning the growth plans — Building account plans that make sense for your customers and the brand, delivering the numbers, then being honest about what worked and what didn't.
- Forecasting like a grown-up — Keeping your base and promo volumes accurate so the business can make smart, timely calls. No wishful thinking.
- Running the relationships — Getting in front of the right people, clearing the roadblocks, and building the kind of relationships that move an account forward.
- Joining the dots internally — Pulling together Field Sales, Category, Logistics, Finance, Brand and Shopper teams to hit your KPIs.
- Becoming the category brain — Knowing your customer, your shopper and the category inside out, and letting the data do the talking.
- Flying the flag — Being a genuine advocate for the brand every single time you're in front of a customer.
Is this you?
You're commercially sharp and a bit of a self-starter. You like winning, you like customers, and you're happy juggling a lot of relationships at once — inside the business and out. You can hold your own in a joint business plan (JBP) negotiation, you're comfortable with sales data rather than scared of it, and you can present without sending the room to sleep. Above all, you've got the appetite to make an account your own.

The practical bits
