National Account Executive | Leading Premium Drinks Manufacturer
Location: West London H/O (1-2 days per week) | Field Based
Salary: Up to c£35,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
Our Client:

- Continuing to grow strongly within the foodservice and hospitality channel, working with customers ranging from independent cafés and coffee shops through to wholesalers, distributors and workplace catering operators

- Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a National Account Executive to join their Away From Home team
The Role:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 30-35 independent foodservice customers.
- Build strong relationships with cafés, coffee shops, hospitality operators, workplace catering businesses and other foodservice customers
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, increase distribution and develop existing accounts
- Support the wider sales team with customer administration, reporting, forecasting and new business activity
- Conduct customer review meetings and ensure commercial plans are delivered effectively

Ideal Candidate:
- Sales, account management or customer-facing experience within FMCG, foodservice, hospitality or drinks
- Coffee industry experience would be highly advantageous, whether from a sales, account management or operational background
- Could suit a commercial graduate-calibre candidate, Barista Trainer, Coffee Ambassador, Territory Executive, Account Executive or someone looking to take their first step into national accounts
- Commercially minded with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple customers and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, organised and eager to build a long-term career within a leading FMCG business
