About the Company
Ready to take the next step in your commercial career? We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded National Account Executive to join a high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major retail customers across the Convenience and Discount channels, supporting the delivery of growth plans, strengthening customer relationships, and driving commercial performance.
About the Role
Working closely with a Senior National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and ensuring excellent day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their experience within FMCG, retail, foodservice, or a fast-paced commercial environment and develop a clear pathway towards a National Account Manager position.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the management and growth of key customer accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to drive profitable sales and improve performance.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analysing sales, market and customer data to provide actionable insights.
- Supporting customer business plans, promotional activity and forecasting processes.
- Monitoring account performance and making recommendations to maximise opportunities.
- Conducting store visits and market reviews to understand trends and identify gaps.
- Working cross-functionally with commercial, category and supply chain teams to deliver results.
- Managing customer administration, reporting and day-to-day account activity to a high standard.
Qualifications
Experience within FMCG, retail, foodservice or a commercial sales environment.
