This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, enjoys building relationships, and has strong attention to detail.

- Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing accounts, including increased distribution, new channels, additional SKUs, and promotional opportunities.
- Build and manage a new business pipeline, identifying prospective customers and converting opportunities from initial contact through to launch.
- Develop compelling customer proposals and presentations that communicate the commercial and consumer opportunity for the brand.
- Use sales, customer, and market data to identify trends, understand performance, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Support the development and launch of new products, working with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure successful customer ranging and execution.
- Own commercial forecasting and performance tracking, monitoring revenue, volume, margin, and distribution against targets.
- Work cross-functionally across the business, ensuring customer requirements are aligned with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Bring entrepreneurial energy to the role, proactively finding new customers, opportunities, partnerships, and routes to market that can accelerate the growth of the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
