About Fussy
Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. After five years of exceptional growth, we’re looking for a bright and passionate candidate to join the team as a National Account Executive. You’ll report into a Senior National Account Manager, helping to continue to drive our success in Retail supporting the growth of existing partners and winning new opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. 💪🌍
What You’ll Do 💼
- Manage several of our key accounts across UK & EU owning the relationships and helping us grow more quickly with those partners. These will be both customers with a physical store presence and ecommerce accounts.
- Own the forecasts and P&L for your accounts.
- Deliver what our customers need to drive sales with relevant customer admin completed accurately on time, driving visibility in-store and maximising content online.
- Identify trends in the wider market through competitor analysis that can translate into commercial opportunities. You should know who is who, what other brands are trying and what is working.
- Analyse retailer, category and market data available to build a deep understanding of our category.
- Represent your retailer internally sharing their strategic priorities and any opportunities to help shape our commercial strategy.
- Represent the company at relevant external trade events and meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to build winning retail plans being fussy about how our products show up.
- Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever might be thrown at you including supporting the wider team with any strategic projects or initiatives.

Who You Are 🤓
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales role within an FMCG company.
- A keen interest in the sustainability and wellness spaces. We’re all about people, planet and pits!
- Proactive and curious to find new opportunities within retail with a strong appetite for growth.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail, you are able to prioritise and manage multiple work-streams under pressure so that nothing gets missed.
- Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to bring people on the journey with you.
- You should be a self-starter. You're the sort of person that we can point in the right direction and you’re off!
- Analytical capability and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of the Health & Beauty market and experience working in similar categories would be advantageous.

- A salary of £35-45k depending on experience.
